After using petroleum composite hose for transferring petroleum products, it is necessary to handle the vapor. Vapor recovery composite hose is suitable for petroleum and petrochemical vapor recovery systems. It’s designed of lightweight, flexible, as well as easy to handle in the applications of ship to shore, bottom loading and tank truck.

The structure of vapor recovery composite hose:

Vapor recovery composite hose is composed of three parts: inner wire, liner and outer wire.

• Inner wire: galvanized steel and 316 stainless steel.
• Outer wire: high tensile galvanized steel or 316L stainless steel.
• Liner: combination of multiple piles of polypropylene films and polyester vapor barriers.

The details of vapor recovery composite hose:

• Temperature range: -40°C to +150°C.
• Inner diameter: 1″, 1.5″, 2″, 3″, 4″, 6″, 8″ and 10″.
• Outside diameter: 1.5″, 2″, 2.5″, 4″, 5″, 7″, 9.5″ and 11.5″.
• Bend radius: 1″, 1.8″, 3″, 4″, 5.5″, 7″, 8″ and 11″.
• Working pressure: 150psi.
• Burst pressure: 600psi.
• Length: 15m.
