Hydraulic Rubber Hose SAE 100 R16

SAE 100 R16 steel wire reinforced hydraulic hose is suitable for use in narrow space. Because it has small bend radius and outside diameter. It consists of three parts: tube, reinforce and cover. The tube absorbs nitrile rubber because it has the best oil resistance. Thus it’s ideal for oil deliver. The reinforce is one layer or two layers of braided steel wire. It makes the hose can bear high pressure. While the cover is weather resistant synthetic rubber, making the hose resist ozone, aging, abrasion, corrosion and cut.

Structure:

INNER TUBE: oil resistant nitrile rubber

REINFORCEMENT: two layers of steel wire braided

COVER: oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber

APPLICATION: petroleum and water based hydraulic fluids

SURFACE: wrapped surface and smooth surface are available

TEMPERATURE RANGE: -40℃ (-104 ℉ ) to +100℃(+212 ℉)
