Steam hose with boss couplings & aluminum clamps
Steam hose with boss couplings & aluminum clamps is a rubber hose that conveys steam to every link required in the production process.
It is widely used in oil refineries, shipyards, chemical plants, steel mills, foundries and other industrial places for steam transfer and plays the role of cleaning, heat control, humidity maintenance, condensation and atomization prevention.
Structure
- Tube: Black, smooth, EPDM rubber especially compounded to withstand super heated steam
- Reinforcement: Multiple braids of high tensile steel wire.
- Cover: Red, smooth (wrapped) EPDM rubber with excellent resistance to high temperature, weather, abrasion and aging. It is pin-pricked to prevent separation.
- Temperature: -40 °C to +236 °C（-40 °F to +456 °F）
- Specifications: ISO 6134-TYPE 2 CLASS B
