Fuel Transfer TPU Lay Flat Hose

Fuel transfer hoseis designed to transfer liquids such as oil, fuel, chemicals and waste water. Antistatic materials are added into the PU raw materials, and several pcs of cooper wires are attached into the reinforcement layer and reach the coupling to provide antistatic properties. It is widely used in temporary oil transfer, army and ship fuel supply.

Fuel Transfer TPU Lay Flat Hose

Description:

TPU Fuel Transfer Hose is a super heavy-duty through-the-weave polyurethane (PU) covered hose.  The jacket inside the hose shall be made from high tensile synthetic polyester filament yarn, with circular woven method, it will totally be embedded in the PU compound, the covered PU will protect it against mechanical damage, forming a single homogeneous construction without any glues or adhesives of any type between them.Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is extruded “through the weave” in a unique one step production process. This process combined with UV protection additives and ageing-resistant in the compounds makes this transfer hose ideally suited for high abrasion applications in the mining and water transfer/fracking applications.Construction
