Agricultural Drag Hose

Agricultural Drag Hose is a thermoplastic polyurethane lay-flat hose used to transfer sludge, slurries and liquid manure in agricultural irrigation field continuously. It is designed to endure high tensile strength and high abrasion when dragged. It has the advantages of flexibility, abrasion resistance, great adhesion, high tensile strength, UV,oil and chemical resistance. It has a long lifetime and low maintenance on rougher surfaces.

Agriculture manure drage hose is made from thermoplastic polyurethane and reinforced with high strength circular woven polyester or polyamide.

Application: TPU drag hose is designed for distribution of slurry and manure and fertilizer, delivery of water in self propelled machinesfor irrigation

TPU Drag Hose is designed for the latest environmentally friendly umbilical drag systems. It’s used for distribution of slurry, manure and fertilizer in agriculture. The hose is connected between slurry reservoirs (lagoons) and tow tractors in the field to be fertilized.

The tow tractor pulls the drag hose behind it while the hose feeds the injection tool bar that deposits the manure in the plowed furrows. The abrasion resistance of TPU cover is 4 – 5 times that of commonly used rubber. The tensile strength has been substansially increased to withstand the pull forces.
