Paint Spray Hose

Textile braided paint spray hose is lay flat with extremely high shock absorbing and volumetric expansion properties. Wire braid gives the high pressure hose great strength and ensures 100% electrical conductivity throughout the spray hose. Each of our high pressure flexible hose has types of sprayers. Higher burst pressures allow you to safely work within the surface treatment industry within the pressure.

Paint Spray Hose Structure:

Inner tube: Internal Core is polyamide。

Reinforcement: 1 or 2 layers of high tensile aramidic braid with antistatic polymerice braid。

Outer tube: blue pin pricked polyurethane high abrasion resistance。

Safety factor: 4:1

Airless Sprayer Hose Application:

Paint sprat gun hose is designed for high pressure airless spray systems, suitable for paint, solvents and aggressive fluids

Temperature: -40℃(-72℃) to +100℃ (+212 °F）
